General Disclaimer for Information Use
1.1 Information is Not Professional Advice: The content on this website (including articles, blog posts, calculators, and general information) is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, or notary advice or consultation. Tax laws, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements are complex, constantly changing, and highly dependent on individual circumstances.
1.2 No Client-Professional Relationship: Your use of the website, including submitting a contact form or opting into SMS communications, does not create a formal client-professional relationship between you and PFServiceS51. A client relationship is only established upon the execution of a formal, written engagement letter or contract signed by both parties.
1.3 Accuracy and Reliability: We strive to provide accurate and timely information; however, PFServiceS51 makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information contained on the Service for any specific purpose. Any reliance you place on such material is strictly at your own risk.
SMS Messaging Terms and Disclosures
2.1 Consent and Opt-In: You confirm that you are the owner and/or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. You provide your express written consent to receive recurring non-marketing, informational, and transactional text messages (SMS/MMS) from us regarding your appointments, service deadlines, document requests, and account updates. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
2.2 Frequency of Messages: The number of messages you receive will vary depending on the services you are engaging us for (e.g., tax preparation, notary services, accounting appointments). Message frequency is generally low volume and transactional. You may receive up to 5 messages per month during peak service periods (e.g., tax season).
2.3 Data and Messaging Rates: Message and data rates may apply to any text messages sent to you from us or sent by you to us. Rates are determined by your wireless carrier. PFServiceS51 is not responsible for any fees charged by your mobile service provider.
2.4 Opt-Out and Help Instructions: To Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a final confirmation text message confirming your unsubscription. No further messages will be sent unless you explicitly opt-in again. For Help: For assistance or information regarding our SMS service, reply HELP to any text message you receive, or call our office directly at 786 567 4979.
2.5 Prohibited Content via SMS: Do not transmit highly sensitive, confidential, or protected client data (like passwords, SSNs, or bank account numbers) via unsecured SMS unless explicitly instructed to use a secure, encrypted messaging platform provided by the firm. We are not responsible for the security of data transmitted over unsecured text messages.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PFServiceS51, nor its partners, agents, directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
